Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Kiddos account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what happens when you do.

Option 1: Delete in the app

Open the Kiddos app, go to Settings → Delete My Account, and confirm. Deletion is immediate.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at support@kiddos-app.co from the address or phone number associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile — name, email, phone number, gender, and location are permanently removed.
Your saved places list.
Your children's profiles (name, date of birth, gender, photo) — deleted immediately and completely.
Your login sessions and biometric login are revoked.

What is retained

Reviews you've written stay visible (Kiddos reviews are already shown anonymously, without your name), but are permanently disconnected from your account and can no longer be linked back to you. This preserves accurate ratings for other families without retaining any of your personal data.

After deletion

Your account cannot be recovered. You're welcome to create a new account with the same phone number at any time.
